Jo-Elsa Jordan

Jo-Elsa Jordan is a Business Manager at Virginia Economic Development Partnership, helping companies with U.S. location strategy through real estate solutions, workforce development and financial incentives structuring. She works closely with the Governor’s office, various state departments, and local and regional economic development partners to incentivize expansion in Virginia. She is the industry leader in the Commonwealth for the battery, electric vehicle and traditional automotive sectors.

A Virginia native, Jo-Elsa graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, and has enjoyed a long career in economic development. She currently resides in Richmond, Virginia.
