Biography
Dr. Alex Holland is a Research Director at market intelligence company IDTechEx. He has helped to develop and expand IDTechEx’s portfolio on Li-ion batteries, future energy storage technologies, energy storage markets, material demand outlooks, and green hydrogen. His activities at IDTechEx have included technology and player appraisals and benchmarking, supply chain analysis, techno- economic analysis, and developing market forecasts. Prior to joining IDTechEx in 2019, Alex completed his PhD in electrochemical engineering from the University of Southampton and worked as an analyst at a renewable energy supplier. IDTechEx provides market intelligence on a range of emerging technologies, helping to guide strategic business decisions through its Research, Subscription and Consultancy products.
