Devin Horne

At Panasonic Corporation of North America, Devin Horne serves as Manager for Battery Public Policy, where he supports Panasonic’s battery policy priorities across the company, including EV, commercial and industrial batteries, and primary cell manufacturing. Prior to joining Panasonic, Devin served at the U.S. Department of Commerce for six years, where he helped to establish the Federal Consortium for Advanced Batteries, supported the development the National Blueprint for Lithium Batteries, and the White House’s 100-day report on advanced battery supply chains. He lives in the Washington, DC, area with his wife and three young boys.
