Biography

Scott Bulera is the Vice President and General Manager of Turner Construction Company’s Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing Group, focused on the EV, Battery, and Battery Materials Market.  

Scott’s 32-year career began after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, where he worked at the Bechel Corporation. Scott has held several operational roles over his 29 years at Turner, working in Atlanta, Toronto, Pittsburgh, and the Mid-Atlantic Region.   

Scott and his EV / Battery Market Segment team supports their 54 North American offices, as the Company completes over $16 billion annually.  Scott works with clients, maintains historical project data, and collaborates with the industry’s leading designers to deliver complex projects in the evolving EV and Battery industry.  

Turner and their partners are strengthening the nation’s supply chain and supporting sustainable practices across the construction industry with innovative clients such as, BMW, Honda, LG Energy Solutions, Panasonic Energy, Ascend Elements, Redwood Materials, and Amprius.  

Scott remains active with the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Baltimore, ACE Mentoring Program, and values the partnerships built through NAATBatt and the International Manufacturing in North America Committee. 

Scott and his family reside in Annapolis, Maryland.
